The Tap & Grape: A*
The Tap & Grape: A*

One of two nocturnes and Number 9 in the series of shopfronts.
Loads of narrative in this scene - the gentleman passing by outside and glancing in, the customers in groups, pairs and maybe waiting for friends at the bar, but I particularly liked the bikes stashed by the raised flower bed - ready for a quick/(wobbly?) getaway at the end of the evening!

Oil on gessobord, 8 inches square
